We'll start by looking at the recipe, techniques and ingredients used. We'll then jump into the making of the recipe itself, and I'll be available to guide you individually all along the class.

All from your own kitchen, this pastry baking class is ideally crafted for you to master the use of your own oven, and make sure you succeed when reproducing it on your own !


Other things to note
The list for ingredients and utensils will be provided, with easy swaps for those utensils you might not have already in your kitchen ! A kitchen scale is the only real utensil you need (and even if you don't own one, you can work around with measuring cups as long as it covers grams/mls).

Make sure to wear something comfortable, and most of all to be hungry !
